We are so ready to see many of you this week as In Person Learning will begin on Thursday, April 15.  Please be sure to check you school email for clarification from your teachers for Monday and Tuesday for Async or Sync classes.  If you are remaining with LO Online we have checked out your materials and those are waiting for you at the school.  Please plan to come up during your lunch or before classes to pick up your materials.  Your name is on the books checked out to you and those materials are collected and labeled in the entry of the school.  If you are attending in person classes your teachers will make arrangements to have books brought to class as they are needed.  For materials you need for online electives please come to the school entry to get those items. Please make sure you review the safety video created by ASB that is linked below and read over the guidelines included farther into the newsletter if you have more questions. If you are driving yourself to school please park in the lot that is closest to the entrance for your first period class. There is no reserved parking since only half the driving population will be on campus at any one time.  Please bring the books you no longer need up to the school so we can check them out to other students for this 4th quarter. Can't wait to see you all back in the building.

Food Services is excited to offer grab-and-go meal distribution to high school hybrid students on campus beginning Thursday, April 15, 2021. For LO Online students, grab-and-go curbside distribution continues at the High Schools.

Due to new flexibility from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), LOSD is providing FREE packaged breakfasts and lunches for ALL children who wish to participate in the grab-and-go meal service through June 2021.

  • Because eating is not allowed on campus, grab-and-go meals will be available to take home.

  • A grab-and-go meal bag will be available to students (Mon=3 day of meals, Thurs=4 days of meals; totaling 7 days of breakfasts and lunches).

  • The main entrées will be posted on a menu and ALL items are subject to change based on availability.

  • Due to the pandemic and the USDA waiver, unfortunately at this time, daily meal choices are not offered.

  • Parents that are concerned about allergies, can continue to use the curbside grab-and-go at the High Schools. If there is an allergy concern, please email the Food Services office with questions.

  • If curbside grab-and-go distribution at the high schools is more convenient, parents can continue to use this service.

  • One grab-and-go breakfast and lunch meal per student per day.

If you have any questions, please email us.

Dear 11th Grade Parent/Guardian:

On April 14th, Lakeridge is participating in the Student Health Survey (SHS), a survey sponsored by the Oregon Health Authority Public Health Division and the Oregon Department of Education. The survey will gather information about health risk behaviors of students in grades 6, 8 and 11.

The survey will be conducted online remotely and includes questions about:

  • Student health and safety

  • Student mental and behavioral health

  • School climate and culture

Completing the Student Health Survey poses minimal risk to your child, who may feel embarrassed or uncomfortable answering some of the questions. Survey procedures have been designed to protect your child's privacy and allow for anonymous participation. If your child is not comfortable answering a question, he or she can leave it blank. While we encourage all students to participate, the decision to participate is voluntary. You may opt to send in a refusal for your child’s participation. Alternatively, your child will have the opportunity to refuse at the time of the survey. There will be no action against you or your child if your child does not participate.

We've attached the opt-out form here if you choose to do that for your 11th grader.  If you choose to opt-out you must fill out this form, scan it and send it in to Noah Hurd at
