  • Add New Emergency Contact

    The District encourages you to provide at least 2 emergency contacts. By providing a name as an emergency contact on this page, you are authorizing that person to pick up your student at school if you cannot be reached. If you have recently moved to the area or do not have any emergency contacts for another reason, you may check the "Decline to specify any Emergency Contacts" box.

    Do not enter parents/guardians on the Emergency Contacts page.


    First and Last Name are the only required demographic fields for an emergency contact. Please complete the other fields if applicable. 

    Contact Information

    At least one phone number must be entered for each emergency contact.
