LOSD 2021: Bond Community Update Event
Saturday, September 15
10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
Lakeridge Junior High School
4700 Jean Road, LO
LOSD 2021 is the district’s targeted campaign to inform the community about the progress of our Bond projects. Our third community meeting will be Saturday, September 15, 2018, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Lakeridge Junior High School. Bond staff will update the community about the projects that were completed this summer. Updates on project timelines, swing site movements, program changes, and site-specific work will be delivered. Members of the Bond Accountability Committee, the Long Range Facility Planning Committee, and the School Board will be on hand.
Upon request, the agenda and backup materials can be made available in other languages. Any person who requires interpreting services to participate in the meeting may request these services by contacting the Communications Department either in person, by phone or through email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In addition, childcare will be provided.
Community members can find more information about the community meeting, as well as the school bond at losdschools.org/bond.
You can monitor the progress of the bond staff here. You can also review the guiding principles that were adopted by the last Long Range Facility Planning committee.
Childcare will be provided in the library.
Social Studies Curriculum – Input Needed
The Social Studies Curriculum Committee would like your input regarding the upcoming 9 – 12 social studies curriculum adoption. Your information will be used to help analyze the current curriulum and to assist the Social Studies Curriculum Committee in their decision making processes this year. The survey will be open until September 26.
